			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Got some great suggestions on dealing with soreness via the Silverman or Bust <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Silverman-or-Bust/174228291609">Facebook Fan</a> page last night.  Before my legs fully recovered from running and yoga, I topped off last week with a great hike.  My legs have gotten more sore in the past day &#8211; mostly quads and calves. Here are some great suggestion from the fans:</p>
<ul>
<li>Do a swim day rather than a run day.  (I will be doing this as soon as I get my swim stuff organized.)</li>
<li>Amino acids (Hammer Endurance Aminos are great) and water-running. (Water running sounds delightful right now!)</li>
<li>Cherry juice for inflammation and coconut water for potassium.</li>
<li>Arnica Cream or gel</li>
</ul>
